Delete an organization

Permanently deletes an organization and all associated resources including projects, packages, workspaces, and user groups. This operation is irreversible.

Authorization: Requires organization admin permissions. Warning: This operation will cascade delete all child resources. Side Effects: Removes all data associated with the organization.
